Drift Panzers
Drift Panzers was made at an internal games jam at Testology, where we only had 24 hours to make a game. My team consisted of two sound technicians/artists, two modellers and a programmer (that's myselft). The theme was randomly selected from an internal pool of suggestions that we had come up with.

We came up with the concept of a drifting panzer tank, that was trying to get to the shops while fending off hoards of witches, inspired by an anime that a few of us had watched. I suggested that we make it split screen, so that one person could control the turret and the second the driving, not thinking about how much more work this would create and how it would in the end effect the gameplay.
Unfortunately, as you can see from the surrounding videos, the game was not fully finished. The tank did drift, and you could shoot down the witches. When you could see them. And when they weren't flying through walls.

This games jam taught me a lot about planning, and the pitfalls of scope-keep: namely, when you're the only programmer on the team, don't start suggesting split screen mechanics with less than 24 hours of dev-time.
